Welcome to the first article from our new Which50 Tips & Tricks series!

As a part of a continuous effort to improve our service we're excited to be bringing you a series of monthly newsletters which will provide useful insights on new features and helpful hints and guidelines for getting the best out of your Which50 experience.

We hope you will find this monthly newsletter to be a helpful tool as we support you to collaborate with your customers and achieve your goals in 2021.

ps. You won't need to do anything to update your Which50 application, the features will already be available to you and we'll show you where to find them.

Coming Soon - Headers and Footers

Soon you'll be able to add Headers and Footers to your Landing Pages and Webforms, allowing you to make sure your company branding and terms and conditions stay the same on each view that you create.

These headers/footers are constantly responsive, meaning that you can scroll or zoom in/out, and the header and footer will stay in position.

Here's an example so you can see how the Header and Footer will float above the webform content while scrolling.

The new Headers & Footers feature will be available in Which50 by the end of March.

TIP - Copying content using 'Ctrl-C' and 'Ctrl-V'

Often when you are working in the Designer you may want to reuse certain elements elsewhere – this can be a block of text, an image or even a whole block of content. This even works between different columns, rows and views.

If you want to copy items from one place to another, simply select the item in the Designer, and use Ctrl-C to copy. Navigate to where you'd like to place that item, and then use Ctrl-V to paste it there.

NEW - Export Suppression List

The Suppression Manager within the Settings Menu allows you to see a list of all email addresses/mobile numbers that have been rejected from a campaign send (usually due to bouncing).

There is now a new Export button in the Suppression Manager in the top right (just under the menu). This will allow you to export a handy Excel sheet containing the details of all of your bounced contacts.
